The new R&D O2 Sensor Mount Kit allows for easy installation of an AFR gauge into the Yamaha exhaust system. GP 1300R Powershot Adjustable Fuel Tuner - Now Available

R&D Performance Products, U.S.A. announces the release of the new R&D Powershot fuel injection tunning module and fuel controller. The R&D Powershot fuel injection tuner will deliver increased horsepower, acceleration, and stronger mid-range performance by delivering a higher performing air to fuel ratio (A.F.R.) to the engine. Many of today’s high performance fuel injected four stroke muscle craft have a lean A.F.R. R&D Performance has tested, documented, and analyzed the O.E.M. fuel maps on every current fuel injected four stroke watercraft, and pre-programmed and coded the new R&D Powershot fuel injection control module to safely alter the O.E.M. fuel map to a higher performing and safer A.F.R. (richer). More horsepower, greater acceleration and stronger mid-range are the result when the proper A.F.R. is achieved and is tuned for optimum performance.

The R&D Powershot is fully adjustable on the fly (with the engine running, observed and tuned while riding), and will accommodate a wide range of adjustability to properly performance tune the A.F.R. for any combination of aftermarket parts. We have improved our previous cast aluminum Ride Plate Trim Pad design by eliminating the step and grooves, and replanning the mounting surface! GP 1300R Pump Shoe Seal/Shim Kit - Now Available

New for the Yamaha GP 1300R is our exclusive R&D Pump Shoe Sealing and realignment Kit. The new kit comes complete with ten individually molded cavity plugs that are designed to fill the large cavity air pockets in the OEM pump shoe. By plugging these cavities completely and resealing the shoe with silicone sealer your pump cavity will be 100% free of any possible air pockets or leaks that promote cavitation. Also new parts included in the kit are special stamped shims which can be installed during assembly! The shims when installed will promote a better shoe to pump impeller liner alignment! Proper alignment from the shoe to pump will promote much greater pump efficiency!

GP 1300R Solas Impeller - Now Available

Changing the OEM prop to a 13-19 or 14-20 Solas Impeller is a must for increased performance. When switching to the aftermarket impeller you must us a modified or R&D exit nozzle to achieve any performance gain. GP 1300R Ride Plate Kit - Now Available

The ride plate we are offering is a modified version of our highly successful GP1200R plate. We have modified our production tooling to incorporate improvements found through hundreds of gallons of recreational testing and feedback from our racing programs during the 2001 and 2002 race seasons.  The plate mounting surface has been raised and re-angled, producing quicker and more stable planning from 0-30mph and smoother cruising at 50-60mph. There is also more positive straight line stability and better high speed cornering.

The new plate kit for the GP1300R requires a slight and simple modification to the reduction nozzle, it's easy, we show you how to do it, or we will do it for you free of charge! We made some great improvements to our already successful design. We didn't go crazy reinventing the wheel as this very ride plate design has been used for the past three years by almost all top IJSBA Factory Yamaha Race Teams and to date it is the only aftermarket ride plate to win the coveted Pro 1200 World Championship, 2 Indoor Pro 1200 World Championships, and dominate in the Offshore Championships for three consecutive years.

GP 1300R Cat Temp Sensor Chip - Now Available

The R&D Cat Temp Sensor Chip is a must when replacing the OEM Catalytic Converter with the R&D D-plate on your Yamaha GPR. The Temp Sensor imitates the signal sent to the OEM CDI by the Catalytic Converter’s temperature probe preventing CDI flutters, warning devices sounding and engine shut downs due to cat removal. The use of this sensor is only necessary with the OEM CDI. Plugs directly into factory wiring harness.

GP 1300R VTS/Auto Drop Nozzle Kit - Now Available

The new R&D VTS/Auto Drop Nozzle is the first manually activated VTS nozzle with Auto Drop functions! When riding with the VTS adjusted in neutral position the nozzle will drop 5 degrees in the turns allowing for a much smoother high speed turn to be made. When the steering reaches the straight position the nozzle returns back to the straight position. When riding with a full tank the best VTS setting is usually in the 1 click up position and stays there. With the R&D VTS Nozzle kit you can ride 1 click up (5 degrees up) and when you turn the nozzle will drop 5 degrees which is back to zero or straight position. When the steering returns back to straight the nozzle resumes the one click up (5 degrees up) position. This is one awesome kit! A must have for every GP1300R Wave Runner owner. GP 1300R Triple Cooling Block - Now Available

The new R&D Triple Cooling Block is now available, featuring three ½" cooling outlets. Our testing has proven that one ½" line to each cylinder will eliminate engine overheating. When the engine becomes heat soaked, like all GPR's do, the power fades away. The R&D cooling block delivers optimum cooling so the engine will not become heat soaked and will produce maximum power through out it's operating time. The block installs into the stock location and utilizes the stock o-ring to seal. R&D offers optional ½" through hull fittings to ease installation.
